Rob Giammarco

Rob Giammarco joined The Amynta Group from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Americas Financial Institutions Group. During his 20-year career with the bank, Mr. Giammarco was responsible for managing a variety of the firm's key relationships in the insurance and insurance services sectors, having advised on several of the industry's defining transactions. He has deep insurance sector expertise, long-standing industry relationships, mergers and acquisition knowledge, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Mr. Giammarco is based in New York City.

Josh Damon

Josh Damon, Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer of The Amynta Group, leads financial operations. Mr. Damon has an extensive background in financial strategy and performance. Mr. Damon also serves as Managing Director and the Head of Portfolio Resources at Madison Dearborn Partners. Previously, Mr. Damon comes from Ankura, where, as Senior Managing Director, he has leveraged his experience as a C-level executive, private equity investor, and advisor to provide his clients solutions to drive meaningful improvements to financial and operational results.

Chris Ezbiansky

Chris Ezbiansky leads the mergers and acquisitions effort at The Amynta Group. He brings over 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience in the insurance and insurance services industries. Prior to Amynta, Mr. Ezbiansky led the GC Securities Americas Advisory business within Guy Carpenter. Previous to Guy Carpenter, Mr. Ezbiansky was an officer in the financial institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and he held positions at Merrill Lynch, ACE Limited, Odyssey Re Holdings and Goldman Sachs. He is based in New York City.

Bruce Fell

Bruce Fell, Executive Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer, is responsible for analytics and actuarial functions, with a focus on building industry leading analytics, pricing and predictive modeling. Mr. Fell has more than 25 years of analytics and actuarial expertise as well as mergers and acquisitions experience. Having served in a variety of leadership roles at well-known firms, including Deloitte Consulting and Towers Watson, Mr. Fell has a proven track record of helping insurance companies and services businesses drive bottom line performance. Mr. Fell is based in New York City.

Robert James

Bob James has a 30 year career in the insurance sector. His expertise includes business strategy, marketing, technology, sales, and underwriting operations. Bob is an experienced leader with a background in managing complex insurance operations, tech startups, sales organizations, as well as divestitures and acquisitions. He has operating responsibility for our Specialty MGA segment, marketing, communications, and human resources. He is based in New York City.  

Dennis Kane

Dennis Kane leads Amynta’s Warranty Business, responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding customer and carrier relationships and fostering innovation and collaboration. With more than 30 years of insurance and automotive industry experience, Mr. Kane has held senior leadership positions across the industry, including Chairman of Automotive and Global Leader for M&A with Victor Insurance Holdings, and EVP of Zurich, where he led Universal Underwriters. In addition, Mr. Kane co-founded SeaFire, a specialty MGU focused on franchise auto dealers. Mr. Kane is based in Dallas, Texas.

Timothy M. Robb

Timothy M. Robb is General Counsel for The Amynta Group and brings extensive experience in litigation, corporate governance, risk management and M&A. Mr. Robb is known for his ability to distill complex legal issues into understandable, actionable advice for business leaders. He has both public and private company expertise as in-house counsel and gained broad experience during his time at a world-class law firm. Mr. Robb is based in New York City.

Robert Schultz

Robert Schultz, Executive Vice President and Chief Organic Growth Officer, is responsible for driving growth opportunities and program development as well as overseeing carrier relations and strategic reinsurance alliances. He most recently served as the President of AIX, a member of The Hanover Group, and has over 30 years of property and casualty leadership experience, including guiding successful revenue and profit maximization in the insurance and reinsurance program space. Mr. Schultz is based in New York City.
