Kevin brings over 25 years of legal expertise to Amynta across a range of corporate, commercial, compliance and M&A matters. Kevin most recently served as EVP and General Counsel at Vercara and its former parent company, Neustar, operating in the cybersecurity and data analytics sectors. Prior to that, Kevin practiced as an M&A and corporate securities attorney in private practice.
